Will Claude Fable 5 be restored for US customers by December 31?

The resolution criteria is deliberately accessible. Any official Anthropic channel delivering Fable 5 or a confirmed equivalent to US customers satisfies the contract — web interface, API, Claude Code, enterprise or Pro tier. An open beta or rolling waitlist that eligible US customers can join counts. The only exclusions are closed invite-only tests and other Claude branding that Anthropic or credible reporting doesn't directly tie to the June Fable 5 release. The remaining risk scenarios are narrow. A re-imposition of export controls or a new government directive reversing the June 30 clearance would reopen the regulatory question.
